Day 5, quite a productive day, seat box out, sills out, exhaust prop shafts off and loads of other small bits out.

Now you can see the cross member a bit clearer, it really is quite scary how rotten it is with some large cracks through the metal itself and going right into the main beam sections as well. I think Gene must have had a hand in here somewherel as there was also a ton of filler came out, although that was more solid than the metal

! I have seen better cut and shuts than the state of this, and there are loads of other bits all rotting through as well.

Next on the list is take the roof off, then the rear tub and wings and try and extract the engine, thet sy=tarts Friday afternoon and all next weekend.
