Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
As all orders are printed on demand and customised to order we can only accept returns on items if they are faulty. While we may process a refund, we may not take receipt of the good themselves.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
In the rare event your goods arrive in less than satisfactory condition, please contact email@example.com within five working days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
