Quick question on Steering Box?

I was fitting the pipes to the top of the steering box from the reservoir, once I tightened them the one that's made of copper started to leak slightly when I was topping it up.

Can anyone tell me is there meant to be an O ring on the pipes and have they fell off without me noticing??

as far as i can remember you have olives on the end of the pipe, if you have crossed the thread it would not seal correctly, is that possible? :-\

Aye, there's every chance it's not catching the thread properly. Don't think it's damaged in any way though but I'll be giving it another go tomorrow.
