Swivel housing inner oil seal

does the swivel housing inner oil seal sit inside the swivel housing or the other side of it towards the axle?

(inner oil seal, the one that stops oil coming in from the axle)

Grease, you can tubes from any L/R dealer 1 tube per hub I did mine and never leaked again.
