Buchan Off Road Drivers Club - are they still there?

Hi

I have been trying to register with the above club, sent and email too but so far nothing and my forum login has not been approved yet for days

Are the still going? Maybe the admin is on holiday? The would be my local club and I'm trying to get hold of one of these rules books
