Yeh but i cant open the other post,

There is no way this will replace the defender, where will farmer Jiles put his sheep or horse s**t for the roses and will ifor do a conopy for it. I hope land rover are not going to ignore their working vehicle customers.

Are Land Rover going into the volume sales market?

might be time to buy an X5 after all.

Quite cute for showing off around town, but not exactly practical, and NOT a Defender.
Growing old disgracefully!

Nope don't like it. Landrover need a real defender befor they sell out completely to the demands of the middle class ,  ;). I'm poor working class scum give me a proper landy that I can afford in say 20 years second hand .

dont get me wrong, its a great looking motor, although probably based on the freelander platform.
IT AINT A DEFENDER REPLACEMENT. just a new model me hopes.

Funky looking & I like it, but, it's certainly not a Defender replacement.  As said before, I can't see farmers chucking bales of hay & manure at it.  The front looks like a Kia Soul.
