WANTED Decent series3 swb diesel (no projects)
« on: September 21, 2010, 06:16:26 PM »
Hello there, ive got this friend whos looking for a usable (everyday) series3 swb diesel hardtop, He lives in a city centre and fancies some land rover action.

Ive tried talking him out of it but hes determined!!!

Does anyone know of any good cars out there for sale?
Nothing requiring major work (no chassis, bulkhead, gearbox, trans box or engine issues)

It will be given a good home by a man who appreciates that it would probably be easier to by a big jap thing but has still decided to jump in with both (large) feet.

Thanks in advance.  ;D
Ta-much.

There is a Garage out at Hatton on the A71 just past Dalmahoy that rebuilds Series Landrovers. Could be worth a visit. I can't remember the name but no doubt someone on here will know the place I'm talking about. Oh and Alex Lyndsay at Broxburn has usually got something in a lockup looking for a home.
