Looking for a bit of advice please:
Is there a hole cast in the foot of the axle for the dowel that goes through the centre of the leaf spring to locate into, to locate the axle on the spring?
I have a missing dowel on one side, and wonder if I need the slipper plate (part no - NRC3472, which has a dowel locating hole in it and upstands at each end) as well as a new dowel.
