With planning well underway for the running of this years Scottish Borders Hill Rally 2013 and a planned date announcement due very soon. The club are holding an open meeting to discuss this years event to discuss plans, court opinion and to seek volunteers to help with the event. All are welcome.
The meeting will take place at 19:30hrs on Thursday the 23rd May in the Glenfarg Hotel, Glenfarg.
If you cannot make the meeting and have something that you would like to raise about the event or simply wish to offer assistance at the event, please email me and I will make sure its taken into account.
