discovery 2 stainless side steps free ( sorry there away )

got a pair of discovery 2 stainless side  steps  with metal inset   brackets there front mudflaps there  just no bolts
 one dent on the underside ..size of a golf ball but will not see when fitted a polish will make them..    rather see some one get the use of them
free  just need them away....                                                          ped.......

hi brackets are there just no bolts      they snapped  :'(
