The opening round of the 2013 Scottish Cross Country Championship will have us back racing around the Kilpatrick Hills! With many thanks to the Thompson family, we have a fantastic opening event "The Auchentorlie Comp Safari" taking place on their estate near Dumbarton on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th April.
At this superb venue we can look forward to racing lots of laps of around 2.0 miles on a landscape completely different to last year with a variety of surfaces and fast tracks, high in the Kilpatrick Hills with brilliant views up and down the Firth of Clyde!
So get busy with those final pre-season jobs on the car, or start cleaning it from our last event in October, as the case may be! This is not an event to be missed!
For further information please call Ian Stuart on 07811 378826, Sharon Scott on 07515 789100 or Alan Agnew on 0141 881 8993.
As ever we always need our Marshals to ensure the event can run safely! If you can help at this event it would be much appreciated, please give us a call to let us know you will be there
And to any competitor, if your car isn't ready, do the next best thing and get along and help!

£100.00 + a prize for the Marshals Prize Draw (don't forget the prize, very important!!) As all our events this season are over two days, we will be running a separate one day entry for Sundays only at £50 and we have very kindly been donated a new trophy for this Sunday League, so if you want to race on a smaller budget there is still some silverware to be won out there!
Please ensure you have a valid comp licence and remember that licence renewals cannot be accepted on the day
