Bit late now for christmas break but Armson AE in Leicester can source a overbraided kit for you (better pricve than LR!) if unable to find an alternative. They open again on the 2nd. Google for website

the ace pipes are 10mm you can go to a plumming supplier and get some pipe and compression couplings to repair until you get new ones, last set i touched were rotten at every clip, the owner ended up removing the ace and air and going to coils

I contacted Armson AE in Leicester about the ace pipes mentioned above but they are currently not doing them. Does anyone else have any other ideas or have a set of rear ace pipes for a td5 Disco?

i would just fix with 10mm copper pipe and 10mm compresion fixings you can get both from b&q for very little money,i got a bag of 10 fittings from screwfix think it was about a tenner,
done 2 repairs on ace system now and both holding well, just bursts somewhere else lol]

Yeah thanks I here what your saying but unfortunately I was lucky to get away with them on the last MOT as they are pretty crispy along the whole length and I think if I touch them at all they are likely to disintegrate before my eyes so I think replacing the whole lot is the only way. I was just hoping that there might be a cheaper solution out there.

Bought new ACE pipes which arrived today. Does anyone know how I can bleed the system without paying at a main Dealer?

  Cheers

I understand that they are self bleeding, so fill the reservoir up and keep an eye on it.
