disco 2 starting problem

Hi

Our disco 2 is starting to have starting problems. It sounds like it might be the start inhibitor on the auto box. I'll have a look when I get home at the weekend.
Has anyone had this before.

No Geoff but coincidentally, my battery died on my D2 very suddenly last Friday.  Had done 12 years though so can't really complain....  Hope you get yours sorted.  Alan.

Starter solenoid are prone to wearing away the contacts could be this that is causing your problem. Hope this helps

I had this on our old D2, the solenoid isn't clicking so It's not that.
The ignition light etc come on but then nothing.
