Just been on the La Salle website. I bought a new headliner from them and very good it is too. They are now selling insulation that goes on first before the grp headliner. Its an aluminium foil backed foam material that keeps in warm and keeps out noise - catch is its over £100 just for the headliner and more if you want to do the sides too. When I bought mine they weren't selling anything like this so I just used Draper camping mats - 10mm thick and foil backed stuck on with a tube of serious stuff ultra. Did the roof, the sides and more with five mats costing £30 total. It made a noticeable difference with noise and heat and they won't rot.
