Drove past the old Series 1 thats sitting by a cottage near here, getting more derelict every year. Its now got what looks like a tree growing out the nsr suspension.  Sadly the folks who own it were told by a relative that the number plate is worth £5k and will not sell. I guess it'll never move again. :-(

Just now the Registration Number has very little value without the Vehicle being on the current DVLA data base & having a current MOT on the vehicle to move/transfer the Registration Number off it.

Maybe after November when it doesnt need to be MOT'd, it might get away with just being Registered (maybe Inspected to see it exsists and put on a SORN.
