Try Russells of Larbert. They do Hobby Weld gasses you only need to pay a deposit and no rental charge.

I get my pub gas bottle filled at a fire extingisher place near glasgow for £5 cash, il try and get a address

i can get bottles of argon shield for £90 in glenrothes

russell of larbert £1.99 a month rent 6 months up front and £15 for the refill deliver within 20miles for £2.50 great to deal with.
