Thought id share this with you all.
I have now done the same engine / Exaust mod to both 110.
Engines are disco 300tdi and defender 200tdi.
No tweak to either injection pump.
Fit straight through to single rear silencer Exaust.
Go to halfords buy the £29.99 cone filter their own brand suits the Garrett turbo perfectly.
Remove entire old air filter setup and feed oil breather into chassis so it helps the rot stay at bay .
Remove egr on 300tdi.

Result lots more torque. Better fuel economy.
odviously if you go wading this ain't for you.
Upside the turbo whistles a happy tune with the faintest sound of woosh on gear change.

if anyone want to do this i have a 3 day old halfords filter, it drove me nuts
removing the centre box is on the cards for next exhaust tho , which i think will be soon , its only been on a year but its rotten in places already

So is it now sucking in hot air from the engine bay?
