I sincerely hope that the idiot encountered this morning near Cornton Road, Stirling was not a club member. As I approached a huge amount of water on the opposite side of the road, I was met by a Defender charging along, and without slowing at all, it piled through sending a huge deluge of water over the windscreen and roof of my vehicle. Perhaps because they had a snorkle fitted, they thought this was funny! Very dangerous, completely inappropriate driving and more ammunition to those drivers who hate 4x4's. Fortunately I was working for Sky News today and was driving their newish Discovery, I would not have liked to have been a mum in a little car delivering the kids to school or an elderly driver.
Keep the bravado for off roading please and do us all a favour.
