p38 suspension problem

Hi guys problem is after having a flat battery my air suspension will not go up to standard ride height.... standard ride height just flashes...  i have had no problems up until the battery died.. wasnt jump started.. i used a booster pack... any advice??

beans,i have the suspension softwear and kit to reset-you can borrow it-kieron(plus instructions)
