series 3no 4 wheel drive in high ratio

was on 2 weeks past to see if someone could help/  tried all there hints.still the same  ,took driver side floor out
checked all linkage, even took split pin off linkage ,then pulled up plunger into box still nothing/ so i think it must be in box  does anybody know what that lever works in box  thanks

Sorry, i didnt see your last post-do you have free wheeling hubs on the front?  :)

look on the front of the transfer box,there is a tin cover on the two rods that pop out and in working 2/4 wheel drive,they tend to get rusty/ mucky and stick,clean the rods with emery paper and wd 40 and tap in/out with plastic hammer will cure problem, hth cheers-dan

thanks for advice, took front cover off, rods were all rusty, 15 min  with lose oil and toffie hammer  now working great out playing  in snow
