As above looking for a leak free tank its for a 1995 110 .

I have a plastic tank off a disco if it's any use heard somewhere that they are the same tank ?40 if your interested sender unit with it also.

Checked out the part numbers and dont seem to be compatible. unless someone else knows better.

You'll only need a wee tank anyway Bill, the miles you get between workshop visits !

getting a tank is the start of the costs my biggest problem is finding the cash to fill it >:(

Tommy filling it was not a prob as i do run it on bio diesel. However watching it run back out again was heart breaking lol.

Any idea what i can use to repair the tank, Been looking at various stuff but the best so far seems to be petrol patch. Dont know if i can use chemical metal as its diesel not petrol. Any help would be great.

Gene i am now running two 110,s so at least one will be on the road at all times. Dont want to be seen in my wifes opel agila !!

clean and sand tank as smooth as possible paint with rust eater then use fibreglass matting and resin leave to dry for 24 hours will be perfect you can just do small patch i done whole bottom of one tank and whole top of other tank on customers cars then stonechipped 3 years on tanks still good hope this helps
