cant get doors to sit properly

Well spent alot of the day fitting new hinges then couldnt shut doors then spent ages trying to line them up!!

Things to check#1  the bulkhead bolts are actualy in place or doors will never line up!!!

not my mistake missing out bolt but you do realy expect them fitted when a out rigger has been replaced!!

Another one to giggle at lol

Another good one Bill.
We should have a cockups section.
We'd soon fill it

Ok guys this is even more giggle factor!!!! this time at my expence

spent alot!!! of time trying to get door to shut put new hindges!!!! made it worse

realiesd bolt was missing even worse !!!!!!! now bauld lol
took bolt out jacked up bulkhead everything fits!!!!!

solution.

bodged outrigger fitted buy garrage!!  was cut in middle raise, bulkhead to all fits and re weld, thats why the bolt was missing as nothing lines up with it in place!!

another easy problem that took ages !!!!!

Geoff

Think you mean "Bill would soon fill it"

I think you are needing a new chassis Bill, we should maybe get together next year and try a group buy, see if we can get a discount somewhere  ;)

I think I could fill a bodge section with the engineering tricks I found on the series project. Just fixed 2 oil leaks on the transfer box, neither plate had the gaske, well 1 of the plates had 1/2  a gasket. :P It's a worry
