300 Tdi disco breaking

As above 3 door disco no running gear everything else available seats are shot but tilting mech for front seats available. All parts cheap.

I have a 98 ser1 for which i  need a fuel filler pipe, its apparently different from the eailier models but new ones are very costly. Prob is, I dont think I'd be able to remove it my self. Can you help??
