discovery 300 tdi abs light coming on

hi guys can anyone help me my 300 tdi auto the abs light has started coming on at times its fuine others the light comes on and wont go out if i switch the ignition off then restart it then it will go out for a while this really needs sorted so any help will be great so thanks in advance what can it be :'(

Dirt on the rear sensors or the internal wheel inside the drake discs.

the brakes tonight didnt work well there is something wrong somewhere with the abs i will check the rear any ather ideas
