HURRAY!
« on: June 29, 2011, 10:56:58 AM »
At last my project is on the road.
I'm left to paint inside front doors, dash, set fuel gauge, make the cushion fit the rear bech seat & change rear door handle. And of course some tinkering.

So here she is my 1970 2a before collection in November.

Some where through rebuild we found she needed more work than initally expected.

Taken this morning on my way  to work.

I now have an empty garage, what can i do now  ;)

Well done Rauri. Take an extra house point!

(or alternatively go to the pub and celebrate, walking of course.)

Looks great!

What happened to the rear mudflaps? Hope you didn't chuck them because the LR embossed ones are mega rare now.

Old mud flaps sitting in garage. On todo list.
Chequer plate can be found as a timing belt cover due to lack of cover :P
Ready for some more paint due to the classic rtv.
