Geoff, the feedback percentage is based on the last 12 months transactions so 66.7% is not really a true reflection of his overall ebay feedback as he's only had 3 transactions in that time. He's got 14 feedback notes dating back to 21 Jan 10, which are all good except the one on 16 Jun that skewed the figures. That was left by someone who is no longer a registered member and managed to accumulate some bad feedback himself so it looks like "discoverydoctor" was just unlucky to have to deal with that member.
