Newbie with a Series 3 project.
« on: January 31, 2011, 08:52:23 PM »
Hi folks,

I have just bought myself a series 3 project. Its needing a wee bit of work but looking forward to getting it on the road.
Its fitted with 2.5na diesel out of a 90 but its knackered but have a good engine out of a 110 for it. It also needs a new rear cross member.

Here is some pics.

Thanks,
Barry.

Your project looks better than many that are on the road so you are starting from a good base. Hope you get the time to get it as you want it. They are great Land Rovers if you spend the time sorting them out.

Good luck!

Letham, Angus. It will be good to get it going. Just been told that the engine in it is a sherpa so the 110 engine wont fit with out some work. So i may go for a 200tdi instead.
