I churned that up just before Christopher got there, sorry,road tyres not just the ideal weapon for that area

I just like to add my thanks too. My dad and I had a great day out (he seems keen to come along to another one!), I really enjoyed the driving, scenery and, off course, the craic  . So thanks again to everyone for making us welcome (our/ my first SLROC sojourn) and to the organisers (Sandy et al) and not least the land owners.  Looking forward to more of the same in the not too distant.

Myself and my son Craig thoroughly enjoyed the run and are looking forward to the next one.........though not sure if I will manage the one in Dec as Im working that weekend.
Great trip and very well organised.
