Had an advisory on my MOT of play in the front swivel, been taking it steadyuntil I get it fixed...
...so when I got this screetching from the hub today I thought the worst, turned round and started back down the track....... grinding and screetching all the way. 100m short of the farm it stopped, not a peep all the way home - it must have been a stone trapped in the disc !!

....feeling a bit of an eejit.  :(
If its not broken you are not trying hard enough....

Wondered where you had gone :o.

Great run many thanks to Landowner and the Jester for a another run.Good to see so many new members hope you all get along to next one. They get gradually more testing.

I should have said before the run that it would be appreciated if someone could write a few words on the run for club mag and send it to Sandy,Just it was a nice day scenery great etc etc dont need to be literary classic just enough to fill half a page.

Many Thanks John

Had a great day out today, thanks to Sandy and the Landowner for organising.  I don't mind writing a few words for the club mag if it is any use to you?

At least you got home and you can fix the problem in comfort rather than in the mud.

Some wee snaps to remind you, lots of scenery and lots of Land Rovers plus the obligatory Highland cattle

Very nice scenery on the Balquhidder run. Good to see so many new faces. Sorry didn't go up the hill, but the Land Rover was doing an impression of a pressure cooker and half way up there is not a place to break down.
Thanks to Sandy and the Land owner for making it a good day.
Did anyone notice/buy the wheels and tyres for sale at the roadside on the way back? I wonder how they knew there would be Land Rovers passing, or perhaps it was just lucky  ::)
We wish Cedric all the best for the future and hope to see him in the future
