good deed done for the day
« on: October 22, 2010, 03:17:21 PM »
just popped out to tesco before work. had cleaned out freebie yesterday so decided to take 90 for a change. coming home a bmw x5 (bmw artificial offroader ;) ) broken down at the lights. i stopped to help but other folk had already started pushing him off the road. spoke to the driver, he only stayed up the road.
"want a tow up then?" i says getting the straps ready. finaly found where his tow eye attached too. the x5 was an auto so keep the speed down. 2nd gear tickover.....a trickle more gas on the hills, no bother at all.
when we pushed the car onto the drive, boy what a tonne weight, behind the 90, i forgot he was there :-[ :-[ lol

well thats my good landy deed for the day ;D ;D

Bosses daughter drives the X5, standard skinny tyres, drug  smuggler windows  etc etc She started off as a RangeRover driver. Hopefully this won't happen to us all.
Best bit is she got it because her & her man were looking to get a dog. Guess what, it lives in the handbag ???
