Hi all -- I have my beloved series 3 for sale. It starts every time, and drives very well. There is no jumping out of gear and the transmission is smooth. The steering does not suffer from excessive play. The bulkhead seems to be solid and the chassis has been patched in the past but is otherwise solid. Amazingly, the heater does keep you warm too (well relativity speaking!!).
The landy has a few sensible modifications (that shouldn't affect your insurance) such as:
Free Wheeling Hubs, chequer-plate wing tops & tub, electronic ignition, Kenlowe fan, Parabolic springs, canister type oil filter conversion.
Many new parts for example: Battery, Fuel tank, Door (complete top & bottom), silencer box.
