I've got one, with a winch in it, and HD springs to bring the front of the car back up to normal ride-height :)

(it's the one where the winch sits proud of the grill, not recessed into it...)

I'm in east lothian, and lets see...

The Winch is a T-Max 11000, so probably worth about ?200
The bumper is probably worth ?50
The (4) springs (and gas dampers for the front) are worth about ?100
.... so ?350 for the lot.

(the spot-lights on the bumper come free  :D )
