Click on your name (next to the search thingy on the top right). There you will find account settings.

That's Account Settings,
but nothing where the e-mail can be changed...

It looks like you have clicked on summary.
Have you logged in?
You should have a choice of. Summary, Forum profile, Account settings, etc, etc.
