Defender washer jet

Hi.  Have a 2002 TD5 and having a problem with windscreen wash jets.  One works fine, other one seems blocked - have poked about with a pin to no success.  They're cheap to replace but seems a pain to access and replace.  Any sneaky trick to unblock at all?

For future reference, you can replace only the nozzle, instead of stripping the dash to replace the whole part :)
