florecent strip lights wanted

Hi All

I am looking for some new lighting for my garage , does anyone know where I can get second hand or cheap new lights units and tubes . don't mind if there single, double or whatever just as long as there not to expensive .

Whatever you do don't buy cheap ballast fluorescent ones. I got 4 5ft doubles and it's like I'm working in Homers power station the hums and buzzes that come from them! Getting chucked soon.
