Head skim and pressure test

Any one recommend some one good for head skim and pressure testing in central Scotland  :)

They used to spend a lot of time pressure testing Rover K series engines when they were more common.

riddells garage bo,ness engine services rosewell and there is one in whitburn and bathgate but can.t remember the names
