Got a warn 8274 that's just been rebuilt. On the strip down and inspection it got new needle bearing, new motor bearing, new brake bearings, both shaft seals, main drum seal, brand new drum support bush, brand new drum support end cap, brand new motor bolts, new sealed solenoid, all bolts replaced with stainless bolts, billet free spool lever..... pretty thorough rebuild and it is running a warn xp motor and Albright solenoid.
