Hi all

Sorry not Land Rover related but I'm looking for some help

Was wondering if there is any member out there that has a calibrated volt meter, possibly an electrician or auto electrician

I've got a bit of kit here that I need to set it's power supply to 5.23 volts DC (+ or - 0.02 volts)

I've got a couple of multimeters here but they are getting on in age and are showing different readings (about 0.04v DC difference)

I'm looking for someone who has a calibrated meter that I could check the output of a switchmode PSU (that I've got here) and use that as a reference for the multimeters I've got

I'm happy to travel to meet somewhere in Central Scotland area

Look forward to hearing from someone if they can help

Thanks all

Ian

Hi Ian.
My meter was calibrated about two years ago and before that it was regularly tested and never more than 0.001V out.
I'm in East Calder. Where are you?

                          Pete.
