1992 4.2 Range rover vogue lse

Hi guys I just bought a 1992 4.2 vogue lse and the heater only works when it wants to and the electric seat dose not work anyone on here recommend some one too take a look at her?  :D

The seat switches can be stripped and the contacts cleaned if your careful
Do you mean the fan or the heat coming from the vents.
Is the coolant level ok
Great cars, the trials motor Sandy M is selling was a LSE until I got hold of it

Hi Geoff it's the fan for the vents, coolant level is good, I will have a go at cleaning the seat switch thanks.

It's a beauty supper clean :)

does the fan work at all? Likely culprit is the resisitor pack that gives you the different speeds, it lives under the scuttle panel. The replacemens available now are a lot more robust.

Before that though some basic checks of supply power and earths so the switch and motor etc would be advised

On all speeds intermittantly? If so then possible dirty contacts or a loose connection
