right - it looks like its happening 

endish of july - friday night - saturday and early finish sunday 

wild camping at Alston (bring shovel or own portaloo)    (gennie for those scared of the dark)

1 and a half days lanes in 3 sections - each group goes off and does a section at a time to keep convoy group numbers down

the usual camping / firepit / BBQ / drink / talk rubbish

numbers probably limited to about 15 (several other clubs are invited)

its first come first served (ccl members have priority)

good selection of lanes - good scenery - weather could be anthing from snow to sun and everything in between   

bring all you need - but include sense of humour   

if your leafer is off the road we may allow lesser vehicles - but ask first  (you may be able to share)

well - got more photo's of the 'campsite' just to tease you a bit 







also available is a small disused quarry 



i'm sure we can find a use for this area

our hotchy has been busy with the chainsaw and has started setting up the quarry as 'evening entertainment' 



cant have them getting bored after a days lanes now can you 

just a quick 'bump' on this

the weather forecast is red hot - but due to break on sunday evening - so looks like we will be lucky

spoke to hotchy today and he agrees with the weather -
the site is ready to go and a campfire is ok - fire pit is ready - bbq is ready(dont forget a bag of charcoal)

anyone got some solar lights or tea lights in jam jars ? - just it gets really dark up there through the night for those wandering off to the loo in the small hours

we have got a toilet tent and porta-potti - for those who forgot to fetch one - so a club loo so to speak (thanks gopher)
