Blue 25mm Water pipe (non LR)

Apologies if non mechanical parts are not allowed, please remove if inappropriate.

I have 100m of 25mm blue water pipe, brand new roll bought from Keyline in Dunfermline but never used. Cost around £70, first £50 and its yours. Located near Kinross

Is this the hard but flexible plastic pipe or the more flexible type similar to garden hose?
