Is this mounted at the front on the chassis ? If so looks like something to do with a winch ?

Nearside next to bulkhead I think. Just checked the other forum, they are saying its possibly a throttle linkage!

Is this mounted at the front on the chassis ? If so looks like something to do with a winch ?
With that said it could well be for control of engine from the outside I can't see it being for within the cab , if a external item is attached to the pro at front and requires use of the engine reeves at high speed then a throttle control at front would be of use hence me. Saying a winch as once connected you would need the tork to pull whatever its is and therefore the engine at a higher rev would provide that,

The series carb is operated by a group of rods and pivots that are fixed to the bulkhead and bulkhead supports. The pivot in the photo is the one between the rod that runs along the bulkhead and the rod to the carb.
