i have been trying for sumtime now to stop/fix a re occurring oil leak from my transfer box on my defender 90, 200tdi engine. ill change to sealing plate and itll be leak free for bout a good couple months but then it start leaking again. its getting to be a real pain.
i am wondering if it is possible to change to lubricant from oil to grease? and if this is actually a good idea or not.
if it is possible any advise on how to and best kind of grease etc would be great ta.
