quick advice on selling hardtop
« on: April 06, 2013, 09:49:44 PM »
Selling my td5 90 hardtop soon to help fund deposit for first home, its a county spec so has alpine windows and cloth techno seats I previously bought rear bench seat with techno trim but haven't fitted them yet . The question is should I fit the rear seats and rear windows giving the station wagon look or best to leave as a van . I trying to get the best price so I have left over money for a older landy.

Give the new owner the option. Just put them in place unbolted when they view?
If its not broken you are not trying hard enough....

The windows are another £200 i suppose, plus a half day to fit. Might add enough to the. Alue to make it worth it?

Cheers for the advice gene, I do think the station wagons do look smarter always wishing I could have afforded one in the first place and a hardtops blindspots are annoying.
