OK probably a stupid question please keep the laughing to a minimun.

obviously one side bolts on to bulk head but what happens with the pole / rod that goes inside outrigger??

Mines got a rather large nut and washer arrangement on the inside side of the chassis rail.

thats great thanks i was ready to weld them on. i will have to fabricate something but nothing new with this 90.

From memory its a threaded rod at the end of the tube that then goes through the chassis rail to a big washer and nut on the other side of the chassis. Can't remember how its fixed inside the tube.   

I had to fit mine with a very big hammer, then just welded the neck to stop it coming back out again... unlikely as it was!

From memory its a threaded rod at the end of the tube .....   

...or it might be a big bolt through the chassis leg into a captive nut inside the tube.... summat like that. I'll get under tomorrow and check.
