"I have only just received your letter regarding membership renewal for the SLROC, after being forwarded some mail from my previous address.
A recent change in employment has resulted in 250 mile re-location, and unfortunately this will make attending future SLROC events somewhat difficult, and I thought it best just top drop you a quick note to explain why.
I’d be grateful if you could pass on my sincere thanks and best wishes to everyone in the SLROC. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a member of the club, and hope to be able to keep in contact with you all – you never know I may even make it back for an event or 2 in the SCCC!"
