Wanted, spring clip for Defender Military Bumper

Looking for the spring clip that bolts to the underside of a military front bumper and retains the towing pin.

OK, fount of all parts knowledge - :-)
How about the two bolts with the butterfly nuts that hold the between-seats battery cover down on a 24v FFR ?
