Having bought the lightweight and not having had any time to do much with the project I bought last year - its for sale.
Basically its a 1961 ex Military 2A SWB with a Series 3 bulkhead and front panels. Currently partially dismantled and lying in the barn covered in chicken shit. V5 in my name with a 1968 registration - thats when it left the Army.
I'd prefer to sell the vehicle as a workable project rather than in bits. The chassis is pretty good, only one hole that I can see. the bulkhead is also good and its got good panels and a hard-top with "catflap" rear door. Currently the hard-top has some ropey perspex side windows but I have a spare set of uncut van sides as well. It will need an engine or a fair bit of work to unseize the original. The doors need reglazed.
