Not sure but if you can measure the width of the windscreen frame and let me know I'll be at my shed tomorrow and check it will get pics aswell say ?100 usually about 150-200 on ebay

am not sure if "with all glazing includes the windscreen" but am 99% sure you will need that too as its a totaly diffrent shape at the top. as for the width  its prity much the same. you may also need the truck cab filler piece for your 3 depending on what rear tub you have.

Inverkip mate I do have a windscreen frame from a 90 with hinges for folding screen

does that go with the truck top or is it extra

 The top of the w/screen frame on a series veh is flat but the top of the screen frame on a Defender is curved at the corners therefore the roof front edges are different and not compatable so not inter-changeable.

thanks for any info but just so i am right in my head if the truck top fits the series and i change the screen that goes with it then will it fit my series 3 sorry if that sounds a daft question

I havent done it personaly although did look into it before buying my truck cab. I think the doors should be ok as some guys have put series door tops on there 90's. The only other worry I would have is will the bottom of the windscreen marry up this ur bulkhead ( I mean the bolts eather side at the base)
