FLASHER WIRING

can any body tell me wiring   colours for twin flasher units  and where they go  series 3 they wont flash but  come on

yes why is their 2  and only 2 pins on them , looking in land rover manual they are square and different colour

mine has two, one for hazard flashers, one for the indicators. If lights are working (permanent on type thing but not flashing) I would suspect the relay unit is on the blink - no pun intended!

Sometimes the load on the wiring is too much for the flasher unit to switch, clean earth connections  etc (all joints have a slight resistance, but his gets high when oxidised). the lights come on and stay on, but no flashing.

Check the wattage of light bulbs, if there too low that will stop it flashing.
